TERMS & CONDTIONS
Provisional bookings can only be held for 7 days. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the full cleared balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday start date. Failure to do this may result in your holiday being lost. Any bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date must be paid for in full. (unless we have mutually agreed otherwise.) Details of all party members must be supplied along with the final balance payment. We require these details to arrange for your keys & passes to be ready for you at check-in.
Check-in time is 4pm & check-out time is 10am. You are free to use all site facilities all day on both arrival & departure days.
The party leader is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages or damage to the caravan & its contents during the holiday. Any such costs will be deducted from the £50 bond at our discretion. (N.B A broken plate for example will NOT be charged for but a full dinner service would be.) Your accommodation will be inspected at the end of your stay. If you find there to be any loss or damage on your arrival please attempt to notify us first as soon as possible on (01724) 784187 or 07753987442 , if we cannot be contacted, notify guest services. Failure to do this may result in you being held responsible.
Anyone creating a disturbance or whose conduct could give offence to others will be required to leave the park immediately. Should the park owners require you to leave NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Anyone found to have brought pets or had people other than those on the booking form will be ejected immediately and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN & BONDS WILL BE RETAINED
Butlins rules state - ‘No all male or all female parties or mixed groups under the age of 25.
Fireworks, Firearms, BB guns or other offensive weapon are not permitted on the park or in the caravan.
NO SMOKING inside the caravan.
The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods (including vehicles) left, lost, stolen or damage, before, during and after the booking has been completed. You are advised to take out holiday insurance if you are not already covered.
Gas, electric and water are all included in the price but we can not be held responsible for failures from the service providers or works undertaken by the site.
Butlins reserve the right to amend &/or close entertainment programmes & facilities at any time. We cannot be held responsible for this.
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation in special circumstances or emergencies.
If a situation arises which leaves your accommodation unavailable we will endeavour to offer an alternative. If this is not possible or you decline the alternative, a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right to make amendments to the terms & conditions at any time. A copy of which will be forwarded to any persons already having a booking at time of changes.
